Everyone carries creative potential and has unique talents to bring to the world. It’s up to each of us to develop these talents. One does not have to be an artist to create. All one has to do, is “let go” and allow the creative force to speak through him. To let go of ones doubts, listen to inspiration and trust own ideas. Then the door to the new and the unknown can open. One can become the creative artist of once own life. Rolando Toro, founder of Biodanza, said that creativity is not related to the mind, but is life itself. We ourselves are the message, the creator and the work. 🌿
Biodanza’s weekend workshop “DANCE ~ CREATE ~ LIVE” is an opportunity to find your own potentials and express them. We will recognise our unique aspects, talents and richness in dance. Together we will support the uniqueness and beauty of each of us. We will explore our inner selves and express ourselves through movement.
This workshop is an invitation to allow ourselves to BE YOURSELVES.
Take the initiative to shape your own path. It doesn’t matter what the outcome is, what matters is that you grow and create.
You are ❤️ invited to be inspired to dance ~ create ~ live a fulfilled and abundant life.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
⏰ WHEN: 27 – 29 September 2024 | Friday 7 – 9 pm, Saturday 10 am – 7 pm, Sunday 10 am – 5 pm | lunch break 2 hrs. Arrival & on-site registration on Friday from 5 pm. Dinner from 6 pm. At 7 pm we start dancing.
🌳 WHERE: Lorien, Nenačovice 80 (approx. 30 minutes by car west of Prague). Beautiful and quiet place in the countryside and close to Prague. In Lorien there is a beautiful and spacious dance hall with good wooden floor. The hall has a view directly into the nature. There is a natural lake for swimming.
🚕 If you need help with transport, write this information into the registration mail. Train or bus from Prague goes into Lodenice u Berouna. We would pick you up there or help you with car-sharing with some other participant from Prague.
🙋🏻♀️ WHO: The seminar will be led by MARKÉTA HRABALOVÁ, an experienced Biodanza lecturer and co-founder of the Biodanza School in the Czech Republic.
💰 COST OF THE SEMINAR: 3.900 CZK / 160 EURO. Price for accommodation & food: 1.400 CZK / 60 EURO.
🏠 ACCOMMODATION: Together in the dancing hall on mattresses in your own sleeping bag. Mattresses are available. It is possible to sleep in the garden in your own tent.
🫕 FOOD: Great vegetarian food (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Water and tea available all day. First meal is dinner on Friday from 18:00, last meal snack on Sunday after.
👫🏼👭🏻👬 WHO THIS SEMINAR IS FOR: This seminar is open to the public and is for anyone who wants to develop and grow. Experience with Biodanza is welcome but not a requirement.
🧥 WHAT TO BRING: comfortable clothes for dancing, water bottle or thermos (there is a kettle in the studio), I recommend a blanket. A shower is available in the studio.
Submitting an application form creates a non-binding 5 DAILY RESERVATION. Your place will be reserved after payment of a deposit of 2.000 CZK / 80 EURO | Euro account: Marketa Hrabalova, Prague, Czech Republic,

The payment to the full price of the workshop and for food & accommodation is on spot during the registration. Payment in Czech crowns or Euro.
🚫 In case of cancellation 10 days or more before the seminar, the deposit will be refunded in full | later 50%, 3 days or less the deposit is non-refundable. You can transfer it to another participant who can attend this seminar instead of you.
