We warmly invite you to join us for our weekend workshop dedicated to womanhood and femininity.
“Be A Woman, Be Yourself” – Dance and Live As Goddess Archetypes.
Our purpose is to return to the roots of our female power and energy. We will create a safe and sacred space where we can support each other’s and our own internal female powers. Through dance and natural movement, we will express different aspects of being a woman. Using our intuition, we will tap into and connect with the deep powers within us.
The original female powers can be expressed in archetypes, which are a part of our collective unknowing. While dancing, we will guide the archetypes up to the light and then feel and express them so that we can consciously live with them. We will embrace the archetypes and welcome them as a part of our internal creative and healing pathway.

 

I am woman and I am rich. The whole universe is within me.

The Fighter: assertiveness – independence – power

The Lover: beauty – delight – sensuality – seduction

The Mother: nutrition – care – generosity – patience

The Healer: natural powers – rituals – magic

The Wise Woman: experience – wisdom – acceptance

 

Allow yourself to be a woman. Allow yourself to be who you are. Remember who you are and nurture this essential and profound connection with your eternal well of wealth.

Let us join together to strengthen our femininity. Let us share in our mutual consolation, support and love. Let us celebrate LIFE by allowing dance to naturally lead us in self-transformation.

The seminar will be led by Susu Grunnenberg and Markéta Hrabalová.

Susu lives and works in Berlin. She is an artist, a therapist and a renowned lecturer in Biodanza. With Biodanza, she has had many years of experience giving regular lessons in Berlin as well as specialized thematic Biodanza seminars. In her private therapy practice, she works mostly with the Somatic Experiencing (SE) method.

 

Markéta lives and works in Prague. She has been conducting regular lessons and seminars on Biodanza for nearly 5 years.   She also studies mythical and cultural archetypes and has been trained in the “Awakened  Feminine”. Marketa has been involved in ongoing personal development for many years.

 

The seminar will be held in German.

When: 6. – 7. April 2019, Saturday 10 am – 5 pm, Sunday 10 am – 6 pm.
